The Octagon, formerly Cooling Tower II, is located on the grounds of the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex World Heritage Site in Essen. Here you will find an extraordinary event venue that features a plenary hall as well as additional rooms and outdoor areas connected at ground level.

20 to 900 m² of bright, versatile rooms plus outdoor areas for ten to 750 people. Exciting architecture combined with first-class technology in acoustics, image transmission and multimedia stage design, complemented by expert advice from our own event team.
