Description and scope of data processing
On our website, you have the option of subscribing to the free newsletter of EMG - Essen Marketing. When registering for the newsletter, the data from the input mask is transmitted to us. For this purpose, the e-mail address and the name of the user are collected. The provision of further contact data is optional or, in individual cases, absolutely necessary for further processing. A corresponding note is visible during registration.
No data will be passed on to third parties in connection with the processing of data for the dispatch of newsletters. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

The legal basis for the processing of the data after registration for the newsletter by the user is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his consent.
Purpose of data processing
The purpose of collecting the user's e-mail address is to deliver the newsletter.
Duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The user's e-mail address is therefore stored for as long as the subscription to the newsletter is active.
Possibility of objection and removal
The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the user concerned at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding notice in each newsletter (Cancel newsletter).
