The "Moltkeviertel", built on from 1908 on, is a real urban pearl. Similar to Margarethenhöhe, the quarter follows the principles of a garden city, with many green spaces and fresh air corridors. The visionary city planning officer Robert Schmidt created high-quality living space for the growing and affluent city. The individual buildings were designed in the reform style by renowned architects such as Olbrich, Körner and Bartning. It is a great place to stroll between lovely houses and art objects.
